è lieta di presentare l'evento legato "Contropiede"
di Peter Eisenman.
Oltre 30 anni di attività, decine di opere architettoniche
importanti realizzate, sono segno indistinguibile che Peter
Eisenman si è trasformato dall'architetto
teorico di fine anni '60,
al "costruttore" che produce teoria. Cresciuto nella
realtà e nella cultura
New-Yorkese,
vedrà sviluppare le sue opere anche nel contesto
Europeo e anche in quello Orientale.
Questa in sintesi la crescita culturale dell'Architetto di fama
mondiale Peter Eisenman.
Dalle "Notes on Conceptual Architecture" fino
ai risvolti teorici impliciti nei più recenti progetti,
emerge un quadro originale e rigoroso dove ad ogni tappa di Eisenman,
riconducibile agli archetipi formali del "punto",
del cubo, dello El-Shape, dello scaling, rispettivamente corrisponde
il collante sovrastrutturale degli archetipi mistici, riassunti
nei simboli dell' En-Sof, delle Sefiroth, dello Tzimtzum e delle
Sheviàth Hakelim.
L'architettura di Eisenman può
piacere o, anche, non piacere. La vera originalità non
sta nella forma delle sue realizzazioni, di per sè estremamente
"originale", ma nel principio del "concetto",
sicuramente rivoluzionario, di tutta la sua teoria.
Questo concetto sarà
espresso all'auditorium
"G. Monzani" di Modena, in via Aristotele 33, a
partire dal 18 Giugno
prossimo: l' Auditorium ospiterà infatti una selezione
"ragionata" dell'iter che conduce alle ultime realizzazioni
e che, in sede inaugurale, saranno illustrate dallo stesso progettista.

in collaborazione con i maggiori rappresentanti della progettazione
internazionale, si rende sostenitrice, insieme ad un selezionato
numero di partner, di una cultura dell' architettura d' avanguardia."

by Peter Eisenman.
Over thirty years professional experience and dozens of important
architectural works are the indisputable sign of Peter
Eisenman's transformation from the
architectural theorist of the late '60s
to the "builder" who produces theory. Raised
in the reality and culture of New
York, his works have also developed
within the European context
as well as in Asia.
This, in short, is the cultural growth of world famous architect
Peter Eisenman.
From his Notes on Conceptual Architecture to the theoretical
implications implicit in his most recent projects, an original
and rigorous framework emerges in which each step made by Eisenman,
referable to the formal archetypes of the "point",
the cube, the El-Shape, and scaling, corresponds respectively
to the super-structural cement of mystical archetypes, summarised
in the symbols of En-Sof, Sefiroth, Tzimtzum and Shevirat HaKelim.
One may or may not like Eisenman's
architecture. The true originality lies not in the shape of his
works, which in any case are extremely "original",
but in the principle of the "concept", certainly
revolutionary, of all his theory.
This concept will be expressed
at the Guido
Monzani Auditorium in Modena,
Via Aristotele 33, starting on
18th June, when the venue hosts a
"logical" selection of the procedure that led
to his latest projects, which will be illustrated by Eisenman
himself at the inauguration.
Once again, GranitiFiandre S.p.A.,
in co-operation with the major exponents of international design,
works with a selected number of partners to support a culture
of avant-garde architecture."
